i have got a relisys tl766 tft monitor and it wont switch to 1024x768. i dont know why because it goes above that. please help as there is a game i have got that only works on this resolution. please, please help :swear:
have you tried the obvious i.e, latest gfx card drivers, some monitors have drivers of thier own to install to allow full functionality also. ferg
i have installed all the latest drivers ie. graphics card, monitor etc. and still no joy. the only resolution i have a problem with is 1024x768. im not sure if this makes a difference but i have changed my monitor from the one i have on my profile. i have got a 17inch relisys which has the problem :swear:
Can you try a different monitor? and if that doesnt bring any joy maybe try a a different gfx card? Have you always had this problem or has it only just started happening? ferg
i have tried a different graphics card(nvidia 5200) and still same problem. i have tried all available refresh rates and have also tried another monitor which had no problem switching to 1024x768. i think that i will have to get a nice lump hammer to this monitor lol thanks for the help anyway m8
