More threads in Linux than Windows?

    I just noticed that there are more threads in Linux and Other OSes now than the Windows forum. Wow, Linux has picked up a lot of support here in recent times. Cheers, hardwareforums.com!

    I actually found a few Linux users in my computing class. It's good because i don't feel like the only one who likes to work in a unix environment.

    I'm in computing at the moment, and I tried to write a C program using sockets for a client/server connection. Then I realised that Windows doesn't have the Unix sockets library...:(
