Ok, im wanting to update my processor to hold my comp over until i can get a new one. ive updated my graphics and ram a little bit but my processor is bottlenecking my comp a little bit. but im not sure what i could replace it with. if i can even replace it. here is a link to my motherboard specs. it is an hp compaq computer. if the link doesnt work then here is the number from the front of my computer. With an architecture that old, a CPU upgrade wouldn't be cost-effective. You'd be better off saving up and just replacing the whole rig I think.
