    Hi!

Below you'll see a picture of my mobo and I would like to hear from you guys what are the connectors encircled. Fan power plugs or what? Thanks!

you could get a fan controller that powers several fans
    or
some fans come with an adapter top hook them in to the main rails
for instance the adapter plugs into the hard drive then the power wire plugs in to it. just a standard 4 pin molex with a couple wires hanging from it and a fan plug on the end of them

    Fan Connectors
here are some ideas for the cable method

    Newegg.com - iStarUSA DIY-K150-04 Small 4pin coverter to 2x 3pin / 1x 2pin - OEM
    another option

    Newegg.com - VANTEC NXP-301 Controller, Panel - Retail
    and a fan controller

Typically, those fan connectors are one of the following:
    -3-pin, for motherboard headers.

This isn't to power a fan, so much as provide a means of monitoring the PSU fan.

-4-pin. This only has the 12V and a ground connected to power fans that way.

The exceptions come when you have a motherboard sporting a fancy front panel for a bay as part of the gee-whiz factor.
