i have just replaced the stock intel heaTSINK/fan with a ac freezer 4, and i have replaced 500w power supply with 580w hiper type-r power supply, and i have noticed that my idle cpu temperature is reporting as 52 degrees still, so could this be a problem with the temperature sensors on my dfi infinity 865pe motherboard.
if it is, is there anyway of turning off the temperature sensors or monitors so that the computer will not shut down?
as i am pretty sure there must be a fault in the temperature sensors, as i felt the ac freezer 4's heatsink, and it was very cool.

    i have dfi inifinity 865pe (REV.B)
