I couldn't find a board with that name. Could it be GA-8I915G-MFD? And "What do you think about it" is a very open ended question. What in particular do you want us to tell you about it?

It's good in the extent that it uses an Intel chipset, which are highly regarded for performance and stability. Secondly, Gigabyte makes pretty solid motherboards. Is it an enthusiast-class motherboard? No, but typically, that's not where Gigabyte caters.
