    I just got a new MB(Soyo KT400 Dragon lite 333mhz FSB) Socket A.
I was woundering if I could take my old AthlonXP 1600+ CPU and put it in the new MB?
Both MB's are Socket A and I am waiting so get the cash to buy a new CPU so I figured I might just use the old one untill that time.

    Can this be done?

    Thanks :chk:

You'll be good to go. I would make sure to get some isopropyl alcohol and clean off the CPU and heatsink to get rid of the thermal paste/pad and then reapply a thin coat on the CPU's die.
