At my work all of a rota's are stored in a spreadsheet (with a separate sheet for every employee) and all the old rota's are also kept along side the new ones (on diffrent pages of everybodys own sheet).

My MS Excel knowledge is rather lacking, and ive been asked for help with printing the dam things!

How would you print page X on every sheet is the first question?

The second is, how do you do the above and not print anything from certain sheets (there are satistics etc on the last few sheets).

    thanks,

    Impy

I am not much sure about the whole thing but I can tell you how to manage the pages while printing...

    1. Always look for the print preview first before printing to make sure that you will get the desired outcome of your data. It will show you how paper will looks like after print.

    2. Never press the print button directly if you want the pages of your own wish.

Go to file > print. This will pops up a print window, there you can select pages from any to any or use commas if you want pages like 1,3,4,8. This will print the requested pages.

The only confusion comes into my mind while printing from a excell sheet is that you can have your data more wider than a page so how it will gonna manage it on the paper.......

But there are multiple sheets, each with multiple pages

Im trying to find out how to print page 4 from all 50(ish) sheets

Im assuming there called sheets anyway (you select which 'sheet' you want to work on from a bar of tabs at the bottom of the screen)
