MSI Eclips Plus - Windows Install Problem

    When ever I try installing windows 7 or Vista It eather lock's up or crashes while extracting the files. I have run a MEM test and came out fine.

    Have you used the pc before? If not it could be your psu not delivering enough power to your mobo
