I think that time and energy that would be spent on a search of PHD is nothing compared to my search for a good MoBo to my core 2 duo e6600 ! both look like good boards. the few gigabytes i have looked at have more regular PCi slots where the MSI has more PCI express it looks like you need to decide which you need most
