Okay, what do you think of this. Dont be too hard on me. This is my first graphic editing type thing...

very good for ur first time! :good: Although i prefer longer sigs rather than short tall ones they still look good, well done.
 
No, i unfortunately didn't do the background either... You have any suggestions though on how to do better without actually being better?
 
Take a look in the forum for a "Good Links" thread.

I placed a couple sites that have loads of great brushes to download.

When you got the brushes, put them into the correct folder (Photoshop>>Presets>>Brushes) (I think) and the open up ps. Select the brushes you downloaded and experiment.

Check out the sig tutorial to get an idea of how to create sigs.
 
pretty nice m8 keep trying and you will get better, just mess around with brushes and filters, how i started doing brushing was to just use the clouds filter and add other filters on to them and mess with the layer styles : D :good:
 
Thanks guys! By the way... in case anyone didn't know - the first picture is of cloud from FF7 and the second is of Vincent from FF7.
