Please if you know whats going wrong help me. My friend and i have the exact same computer, we literally built them with the same parts. monitors, keyboards and everything and he can run skyrim smoothly on ultra high whilst i cant even run it on medium. Is there a simple solution too, im not very computer savvy.

You need to download a program called Everest, It will identify all your hardware... They make a free version.. If this is a gaming PC , I don't see a added video card..
Need to know if your card is Onboard or a card ??
