well here's the deal: I threw my mx518 away about 1-2 months ago because the left-click just stopped working. Later I find out that if you call up Logitech and give them the serial number they will replace your mouse for no charge. I was really frustrated and mad at myself for throwing it away thinking I couldn't do anything. So is there ANY way I can get a serial number of the mouse, to give Logitech.
why didn't you switch the right and left mouse buttons around in control panel to get it working ? and the serial number may be on the original box if you still have it
