my old dell crt monitor & proview crt monitor

1:ahgrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, why does my old dell monitor keep making this high pitch noice, its driving me mad, giving me headaches :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: .
2: why does my old proview crt monitor keep going blury, even when i restore the computer, and change graphics cards, and graphics drivers, and even before windows starts, most of the time its like blury, i can still read everything, but its so anoying, it keeps making me think that i am going blind, i cant stand it, aghrrrrrrrrr its driving me mad, even when i put my glasses on, its still blured, so what could be wrong with the monitor?

Do you have any thing magnetic near the monitors, like unshielded speakers?

No clue about the noise but old CRT's just get blurry after a while, you need a new monitor.

i have nothing magnetic near em, and i cant afford a new monitor becouse well, i am saving up for a new computer, wich aint going ot happen now, cos i aint able to get a job at the moment,and even if i did i would not be able to earn enougth money.
