    hey folks,
i have a USB 1.1 comptble Gygabyte motherboard, because of this im getting trouble in transfering datas to ma USB 80 GB Hard disk... it takes such a long time to copy 1 CD file... its really hard to change ma USB 1.1 to USB 2.0, so im planning to buy a PCI usb 2.0 card.. but now my doubt is will it support for My USB hard drive.. coz i heard that USB hards need more power and PCI slots give only few(less) amount of power through the slot...
so if i buy a PCI... is there will be a problem in giving proper power for USB Hard. Or, is there any other idea or solution for this problem.....
    please help me...

As per my thinking is concern, I've never had any problem connecting my USB HDD with a PCI USB card. So, I believe, you can buy it without any problem.
