Need Help Identifying Something

I work for a casino game manufacturer. My engineer just sent me a pic of this and wants to know what it is. I have never in my life seen a USB hub like this, does anyone know what it is actually called? I tried searching the number visible on the cable (e124763-d) but I get something else entirely.

Four pieces? If yes, then that's only USB extender. Not hub as hub expands one USB wire to several connectors.

Markings on cable are probably general markings for USB type cable.

That hub may be OEM part, not sold separately so identifying it precisely will be very difficult.
