Just replaced my old mobo with a ASUS A8N32 and I'm at my witts end with this board. When I turn on the pc sometimes it acts as though the psu trips and nothing happens. I reset the psu in the back by turning it off and on again, then the pc starts with no problems. All my voltages are fine and no problkems with heat either. Also there are times when I go to shut down the pc that windows logs off and the monitior turns off but the pc keeps running.
This is the second board I've put in and nothing but problems. The on board sound has so much cracking noise coming through my speakers that I switched to a sound card which fixed that problem. I have updated to the latest BIOS and here are my system specs. If anyone can help or at least recommend me a better board thanks.

Try running with one set of your Corsair RAM, either the 2GB configuration or 1GB set. Alternatively, go into BIOS, manually set the Command Rate to 2T/Disable and adjust the memory frequency to 166MHz/333MHz. The second setting may be listed as CPU:Memory ratio, which should be set to 200:166 or 400:333 or 4:3, depending on what your BIOS uses.
