Ok so I recently got a new Graphics Card (POV GeForce 210 512MB DDR3 PCI Express x16) and after Installing it to my computer and downloading and installing the update from Nvidia Site, had to restart my computer and after that it just freeze at "Windows is Starting" screen.
I am really lost at the moment and this is my computer specs

Processor : Intel Pentium 4, up to 3.8GHz, 533/800MHz system bus
    Memory : 2GB (DDR2 Ram)
    System Chipset : SIS 671FX + 968
Video : Integrated SIS Mirage 3 graphics
PCI Express x16 graphics card support

    Power Supply : 230 Watts
Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit

Should I change my PSU as the Graphics card require 300 Watts as minimum power to run and mine is 230 Watts but I'm not really sure if the Driver Update is the problem aswell so if anyone would clarify it would be great! - Thanks in advance :)

You will need to start the computer in safe mode and try to fix it, or remove the driver update you just installed.. Was it working OK before the update ??

What happens if you Don't update the driver ? Does it load all the way and work ? try an older driver to see what happens..
