I formated my hard disk, and when I instaled windows and went on there were only 16 colors, or 2 colors, and the lowest resolution. So I was woundering what kind of software I need to get more colors, and where to get it.

You need to find out who made the chipset for your video card, then download and install the appropriate drivers from their website.

IIRC, that would be nVidia. DO NOT get the newest drivers. You'll probably have to go to very early Detonator drivers, or even before that to get the support you need. It may be paired with support for the TNT/TNT2 chipset, as I remember the Vanta was clumped in with them.

Sorry, I didn't see that you'd included a description of the card in your topic name. Here's the drivers that will most likely work for you:

However, NVidia officially recommends using your OEM driver installation disc, if you have one. (You probably don't or you wouldn't be posting here about it, right?)
