What are you planning on using your speakers for? Games, Music, Movies etc... Were abouts are you able to purchase things from? what online shops?
I dunno really, as for games and movies you really need somthing decent like a logitech Z5400, but in my country online there nearly 130pound, so you could save up, on the internet at newegg.com i can find a Logitech Z5300e for $119 quite abit over your budget, there preety good, but i dunno if you can get them at your local shop, what speakers do they have for PC?
well the creative Gigaworks G500 (i think thats what its called) is decent, but i dunno the price of it, in the uk its 130quid, thats like $200, but could be cheaper in your country. The Logitech X530's are good too, no were near as good as anything like z5400 or the Gigaworks, but could well be the best in your budget.
