My graphics card seemed to be over heating because my computer kept shutting down when playing online games when the graphics would begin to bcome difficult to handle

The graphics card was very hot so i took it apart to find the problem and the putty between the fan unit and the board has evaporated anyone know where i oculd find some more to replace at all?

or any other suggestions would be great
    thank you

Any computer shop should sell some tubes of thermal paste. Just apply a thin layer and slap the fan on again.

yeah, the HWF god is correct (again) but only apply a paper thin layer of thermal paste, and if you need to remove it you´ll need some Isopropel Alcohol (available from your local chemist, you may be asked to sign the poisons book, just tell them why you want it (to remove thermal paste from CPU))
