Need new headphone jack

My case is pretty ancient or pretty cheap. The front panel headphone jack has no return line. Where can I buy just the jack with the wires and connectors so that I don't have to buy a whole new case?

maybe you want to try this FRONTX - Front Panel Headphone Jack with Speakers Mute Switch - connects to motherboard audio header. i am not sure if that will fit your case though.
