I am working on a project that requires me to use a mATX motherboard in it due to the size. It doesn't have to do a whole lot, The only thing that I need to do is to be capable of playing World of Warcraft (This is the basis of my project) - I don't think that I need a "gaming" mATX motherboard for that though.

I also do not need overclocking or have many other special features on it, a PCI (Maybe PCI Express if possible) and possible a AGP slot on it. Two DIMM slots for memory would be fine.

Cost is an issue on this also, I will be buying this piece by piece during the summer (Car Insurance and Payments suck big time). I dont want to buy a cheap piece of crap, but I also dont want to buy something with more things then I really need.

    Thanks a ton!

EDIT- Was running out before, Have more time to include more information.

The CPU socket I would like to be kind of new, I wont be overclocking it because overheating will be a concern in my design, I hope to improve it as the build continues though. I am thinking that I want to go with an Intel CPU, but I am really up to anything. (Im not a "fanboy" of any particular model. I currently have an Intel Core2Duo E6600 in my main computer, and I love it.) Also, a SATA connecter would be great for the build, just for the lack of space I have. i might be able to make a braided IDE cable work also.

I think that is about it.

    Thanks again!

First off, this is a really really broad explanation of what you want. So you want to play WoW, and thats its, well i'll just give you the specs of my other machine, as it will do anything you need, and its all cheap stuff.
    CPU - AMD X2 4200+ socket 939
Memory - corsair value memory two 1gb sticks
    Mobo - GA-K8N Pro-SLI (gigabyte)
    Vid card - 7600 gt
power supply - (some 500w unit, can't remember)
