Well you're getting uncomfortably close to a large danger area for your CPU. I would personally recommend the heatsink I got, the Thermalright XP-90 (or XP-120 if it will fit), check out www.thermalright.com for compatibility, but I know the XP-90 is compatible with almost any mobo. But in addition to the heatsink I would highly recommend some cooling solution (prefferably Arctic Silver 5 as the Thermalright grease supplied isn't as good) as well as a cooling fan for the heatsink, I went with a 92mm fan but you can go for smaller if you wish. That all combined set me back less than £50 so it wasn't a bad bargain. If you have any queries about Arctic Silver 5 then visit www.arcticsilver.com under Products -> Thermal Compounds -> Arctic Silver 5.

    Hope that helps. :)
