    Hey all,

    Have you all played the new starship troopers game demo? its avaliable on www.fileplanet.com.

    Its an amazing game, but the sheer amount of enemys, i mean literally hundreds onscreen sent my computer into overdrive and about 10fps lool

    No, but the first Starship Troopers game is in abandonware status right now. That was a pretty fun game, if not a bit glitchy.

    this one is pritty cool, alot o footage from the film, and a good gameplay storyline, you just need a hell of a system to run it to the full

    yea i think it is, and i can play doom on all high settings, but this game with over 100 onscreen aliens at 1 time, my system cant handle it, looks like ill have to upgrade yet again

    yea i managed to get it earlier today, so i only had to wait 10mins, but ive got 8meg and fileplanet is one of the only websites where i can download at full speed

    I had a space, started to download but it was at 1.9kb a second, so I cancelled that straight away.

    I'll get it tomorrow or sometime when the demand for it goes down.

    Looks very good though.

    ive had no probs :S it crashed when i ran it the 1st time, then reset the settings to work with my system, from then on it was ok

    Sounds like it's staying true to the film if there's hordes of enemies. I just want them to do one based on the book, the power armour in that rocks!
