Well, Renegade didn't really get to much attention, but it was a really good game, and had the whole battlefield multilayer layout before it became really popular. Command and Conquer Tiberium wars was the best, redalert was pretty good too. but its at home when its a strategy game and not a FPS Classic
I liked Renegade, it was a good game. EA was working on Renegade 2 in the past, but it was discontinued. So I'm surely waiting for the next FPS version of C&C.
Yeah, i remember the talk about Renegade 2, and on that Renegade was really good, but got overlooked, granted it wasn't without its flaws. That said, i prefer Tiberian Sun to Tiberium wars any day. On a side note, i've been following this mod for Renegade called Reborn, there is a beta due out soon. It has a new engine and converts Renegade from Command and Conquer units to Tiberian Sun units.
