Yeah, i really don't get it, New York State is doing an investigation to determine if Intel broke state and US anti-trust laws to push out AMD, also, Europe and Asia are conducting similar searches.
I guess i have no real idea, but to me, it doesn't really seems like Intel had anything to do with AMD's fall. From what i saw, it was AMD, that screwed AMD.

A predatory monopoly by definition does underhanded things to hurt their competition, and ultimately it hurts the whole market in the process. It's not like Intel went around posting fliers that said "AMD is a sexual predator!" In reality, it's something more like blocking deals AMD had already made, punishing vendors for trading with AMD by raising their prices for Intel products, etc. You and I wouldn't see these things, they'd happen behind closed doors. See here if you feel like educating yourself:

???? obviously if Intel did anything it would be unknown to the public, wouldn't be a very smart move for Intel to just bully AMD publicly, that would be really bad PR. I have a good understanding of microeconomics, i didn't really state anything for someone to draw from "ether" way, but whatever. Anyways, its impossible for anyone to know what actually is going on, outside a few from Intel and AMD, so its impossible to speculate as far as that goes. I was just stating that it seems AMD was doing a pretty good at making issues for themselves. Now, i'm not backing Intel or AMD, i was just stating what i observed.
