dun worry ur not reli deleting the files when you press delete, ur hard drive is only compressing them to reli reli reli freakishly small sizes, so of course there is a way to bring them back. undelete 3.0 is a good program i found you a safe link off pcworld too http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,22718,00.asp it gives you list of deleted things you can recover, ill keep my fingers crossed for you hope that helps.
