Hot Hardware takes the premier SLi boards from Gigabyte, DFI, and MSI for a three-way fight. Looking back at the results from our battery of benchmarks, its clear that the DFI LANParty NF4 SLI-DR was technically the "fastest" board in this round-up. Admittedly, its margins of victory in most tests were relatively small, but its consistent first-place finishes show that DFI's board was the best overall performer. The MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI and Gigabyte K8NXP-SLI performed similarly throughout our testing, which is to say they both performed very well, but they fell just shy of the pace set by the DFI LANParty NF4 SLI-DR. If you're looking to drop the dough on an SLI setup, I'd certainly recommend looking at this little roundup. Even if you aren't looking at the upgrade, it's still fun to look.
those are all beastly, very well equipped motherboards. Maybe they got the hint of consumers liking accessories
