I can't believe the UK! One of the most progressive countries in Europe coming up with this AND the "anti troll" law!!! This law goes waaaay beyond the kind of call logging we see today with mobile phones, it is too wide in scope and doesn't implement enough safeguards and limitations to satisfy scrutiny comities. What's most scary is that details can be freely accessed by law enforcement should they claim to be investigating an offence. I mean, just CLAIM?! No warrant?! That can't be!!!
