KRAKENCHOPS

Helllllllppppppppppp!!! Ok I am a novice pc modder, I have replaced fans graphics cards and RAM etc, so I am not a total pc beginnner
Last week I decided to replace the stock AMD fan on my 64bit processor. I took anti-static precautions with a wrist band and properly earthed myself. When I took out the AMD heatsink the processor came out stuck to the back of it. No matter I thought cleaned it up and went to put it back in; I then noticed some of the pins were bent. I straightened them up and put the CPU back in with the new arctic cooler 64tc, MX-1 thermal paste, heatsink and and fan on top of it....
I booted the pc up and nothing. No beeps no post nothing. The monitors stayed on stand by. Tried using the onboard gpu but still no display. Also tried a different monitor but still nothing. :swear:
I tried a new CPU in it, but still nothing I have checked all the cable for hard drive, etc and they are all seated correctly....I have also reset the bios by popping out the battery.
Is it likely that my mobo is dead, for whatever reason? I really don't want to have to change it unless I really have to!!!
I would really like some help peeps!! Thanks a lot, my specs are below...
