No power

i have a clone that was having a video card problem( 3 screens were overlayed each other) now i am even unable to turn unit on.
all connections seem ok.power supply does have on off switch itself.
any suggestions?

hey sniper thanks 4 the reply
my multimeter is on the fritze but i have power at all appropriate plugs
just cant tell what voltage.
am going to try and replace power supply with older unit i have available
i live way in the toolies so its real hard to get the proper materials to fix these types of problems
