Ok, my external maxtor 750 Gb hdd external drive (NTFS), is hooked up to an imac. Earlier i was able to transfer files from the NTFS to another external HDD ( it was a western digital FAT 32, i think), via MAC OSX and also i was able to transfer files from the maxtor to the mac directly, however when i want to transfer files from the mac to my maxtor hdd, it says that the external drive cannot be modified. I cannot even change or delete anything on the hdd, how do i change this? via mac preferably. Thanks.
Due to licensing issues, NTFS partitions in OS X are read-only. To enable write access, you need a program like Paragon NTFS.
