I just got back, got a week at home before i jet off to france snowboarding, thought i'd order myself a Nvidia 6600GT and some new cabling :p

(I was thinking of getting something more powerful, but i won't use it.. only thing i play is HL2 / Call Of Duty / Doom III / Far Cry and i can play all of them currently on a TI4200 64mb :p)

unfortunately I didn't know about it as I did not have access to the internet..

My 6600GT and my cabling cost me a total of £140 including vat and delivery..

i'm waiting for someone to buy my gfx card from me because it doesn't like my motherboard. I would replace my mobo but when I was installing it I accidentally used a wrong sized screw, 1/10 of a mm too small and when I put it in it locked and now its stuck. I'll have to use a Dremel or something to get it out. And even worse myAGP clip snapped off. I superglued it back but it snapped off again a few days later.

To fix the screw problem, take all the side panels you can off the case, even take off some of the harder panels inside the case like the backing of the motherboard, now get a monkey wrench or similiar and clamp the golden screw thats connected to the back of the motherboard tightly.. now either hold that in one hand, or get someone else to hold it still, then using your flat head screw driver or better still a philips, undo the screw :)
