Ok guys i just found this one?

Its not going to be fast at 5400rpm and pretty high access times compared to other Seagate drives.

I see
well what is a good rpm?

And another thing i just scanned my system with Sisoftsandra and it gave me this performance tip that i do not understand?

Tip T100 - Large memory systems (1GB or greater) should use Registered/Buffered memory, especially if more than 2 are installed on the same channel. This improves signal quality by reducing the load on the chipset channel. While these modules add an extra clock delay due to the on-board buffers (thus CL2 effectively becomes CL3), the stability will be worth it. Server chipsets with many memory slots generally require Registered memory.

Fix: If you plan on adding more memory, consider replacing the modules with Registered/Buffered modules. Do note that you cannot mix Unbuffered and Registered/Buffered modules on the same channel, but you may be able to if the chipset has multiple memory channels.

And it says my board temp is 30 degrees Celsius and my cpu is 45 degrees celsius. is this to hot? and the Internal fan i have on the side panel of my case is blowing out ward so i can feel the win . should it blowing inside the case on the hardware?

7200rpm is a good speed, 5200rpm is only usually found in laptops.

Generally you won't need registered RAM unless you're running a server and also gives performance hit.

45c is high for your CPU, as long as you don't ahve any CPU intensive programs runnings e.g. folding@home. It may be that your stock cooler isn't cooling as well as it should. Try getting rid of the dust in the case on the fans and tidy cables to improve airflow aswell.

Ill try that but i made a mistake it is actually 49 now the cpu. Alright i have a list of thats that should be done to my pc and i do not understand them all so where in this forum could i ask question about this ?

Well most of them are hardware but some is about the bios and settings?

bios and settings you could post in the motherboard section, yeah that drive is an old seagate drive from the design and picture of the barracuda on the drive itself and the size, i dont think they make 60GB Drives anymore...80GB is the lowest i've seen in a long time.
