Hi I have got a problem with the onboard sound on my Asus A8N SLI Motherboard.

I had to replace the motherboard fan yesterday (I understand that this is a common problem with this board) I successfully replaced the fan but now I have no sound!

In device manager under hardware there is an exclamation mark next to: Wolf SCSI Controller.

What does this mean and how should I proceed?

    Any help much appreciated.

Try reinstalling your motherboard sound card drivers first.

Double click 'Wolf SCSI Controller' in device manager > Click the 'Driver' tab > Select 'Roll back driver'.

If this doesn't work, try 'update driver' and reinstall from the manufacturers CD
