Since Orange took over from Wanadoo, I have noticed that my internet (broadband) connection is constantly messed up. I'll elaborate:

I find that I constantly get disconnected from the network (at least once per hour at various intervals). Sometimes, it wont let me connect at all (I receive various error messages ranging from "connection with the server cannot be established" to the more recent "password or username is incorrect", even upon re-entering yet considering I had not altered it in the first place).

Sometimes, restarting my computer fixes the problems (with the exception of the password/username error) however, this does not stop them from reoccuring at a later time.

Considering these problems have only started since Orange took over from Wanadoo, I'm assuming its a problem on their behalf.

Could anyone give me any information about this or point me in the right direction, perhaps if there are any other Orange users on the forum?

    Cheers in advance!

    Matt

You might call them up and ask what's going on. If nothing else they might be alerted to an issue, but you might be able to get some info on what's up on their end.

 I haven't had any problems, and I'm with Orange/Wanadoo/Freeserve. I am only using the 1mb connection :(, as I don't want to pay to upgrade to 2mb.
