Os Install Problems, IRQ_LESS_THAN_EQUAL

OK, so i built myself a new computer and im having trouble putting windows 2000 or even XP on there. I have the MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum and an Athlon 64 3800. the only hardware in it right now is my WesternDigital 80gig HD, my floppy, my DVD drive and my ATI Radeon 9800, when i put in the Windows Install disk it setup finishes then it restarts and starts installing the Devices, about halfway through it give me a blue screen that says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL i dunno if its a software problem or a hardware problem or both. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Well, it sounds like it's either a memory problem or possibly a case of the power supply not being enough for it.

[google]memtest 86[/google] is your friend. There's an image for a floppy or .iso to burn to CD, either way works.

Not sure what power supply you have, but I have heard of problems regarding that motherboard and Antec power supplies. Other than that, what power supply do you have right now?
