okay, so my basic pc i use for web browsing and such is having some sort of hardware/circuitry problem. the female port for the monitor on the motherboard has become very loose and giving me issues with the image. when it is 'working' and not simply acting like the monitor isnt even hookep up, the image is very yellow, as if the colors were out of whack. Ive narrowed it down to the connection on the mb because any other pc i connect to this monitor is pristine. If the cord gets shaken or bumped i have to fanaggle it to give me the only shitty image it can give me. ive also seen a few flashes of the image looking normal while messing with it, and thats another instance that led me to the problem. now, i have an older video card that i know still works, but i cant seem to find a driver for it anywhere. not only that, the computer doesnt recognize ANYTHING at all. the card is a Diamond Multimedia SPDSTR A50 AGP 8MB OEM. my os is windows XP. does anyone know of a driver anywhere out there or anything else that i could do to use this card? I know its old and outdated, but this is a 'play' pc, so i dont want to have to put any money into it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot
