When opening Outlook it does not 'send & receive' although the email options box is checked to do this. I also have checked the box to check for new emails every 15 minutes but this does not happen. The only way to get/send emails is to use the manual 'send/receive' button. Any ideas please?
Go into the Send/Receive options, click edit after selecting your account and then make sure "Include The Selected Account In This Group" box is ticked!
