I've got a friend with that model I believe with a PCIe 6800 but for some weird reason in the vVidia control panel there's no overclocking options? Go figure huh, is Dell like anit-oc or something? In fact alot of the options are simply not there, just the very basics like overview, color correction, that stuff. Anyone know what I'm saying? Any thoughts?
Yeah but you'd think that Dell had struck a deal with nVidia that would at least persent the option, not many Dell users would use it anyway, unless it's the XPS type anyway.
It's not a Dell thing. The standard drivers do not have OC options. You can either use Coolbits or a 3rd party OC tool like RivaTuner.
Really, interesting. Must have been when I downloaded RivaTuner, though I always thought is was right in with the rest of the nVidia display stuff.
There you go NF and zRock, you've been awarded, sorry Z, thanked you for the wrong one but oh well, dang it now I'm losing my lead:O
