hey, i have a question on overclocking my CPU, what would i need to pull this off, and what exactly would this do for me? i have an AMD athlon 64 3000+ , if anyone replies, thanks- luke
To overclock, you need to be careful first off. You'll need a good HSF for your CPU, a good brand not stock HSF. You'll also need good, overclcok friendly RAM. A friend of mine overclocked his 3000+ venice on stock cooling but with AS5 and got it to the speeds of the FX-55. The A64's come with decent HSF's.
