P2 Help?

My old desktop has recently stopped working, getting the “blue screen of death.” It turns on and boots up to the options screen and stuff, but I recently opened up the computer and saw that a cable labeled “P2” with 4 holes in it wasnt connected to anything, wondering if this could be the problem?

Probably yes if there is similar connector labelled "P1" and that hasn't connected to anywhere in motherboard.
