Packard Bell Laptop keyboard acting up!

Hey there im in a bit of a pickle with my laptops keyboard. My laptop is from the EasyNote C3 series and just recently, since i installed a windows update funnily enough, my keyboard has been acting up. It seems like its the left side of the board. When i press Q i get QW when i press A i get AS and when i press Z i get ZV (that one just baffles me!).
Ive cleaned the keyboard with an air duster, ran all virus and anti-spy software, uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard but with no luck. Every now and then it'll start working, just like now but then for no reason it'll act up again!

Any suggestions on what it is or solutions im extremly grateful!!

I would check that they keyboard plug is firmly into the socket on the motherbpard of your laptop, my1 came loose a few months ago and keys stopped working (it spread from being the W key, to W & S, and then W & S & X... and then i foudn the connector was loose!)

a tempory solution (untill you can find a real one) would be to use a PS2 or USB keyboard... if it beacomes a long term solution, u get get roll-up keyboard and even craxy things like THIS
