Hi!.........probs !......have one 160gb hd as a primary (c) & one 80gb as a slave (d) the prob is the 160 only shows up as a 63gig with a total size of 78 GB! so I'm wondering how to get back the right size of drive 'c' ? am using the full version of partition magic & although have read & read I seem to be a bit (alot) confused...................I really need to get rid or merge the existing partitions which are already there! but DO not want to mess up the op system. ...............any help on this matter would be great!..many thanx
problems with partition magic, what a surprise, not anyway, seriously, personally i've lost gigs of info thanks to PM (when i used XP) the problems started when Symantec bought Powerquest, and decided to rewrite the software (as they usually do) for example look for how forum rate NIS, personally, i recommend Acronis Disk Director BTW: i've even seen symantec referred to as being evil somewhere on the net as you can tell, i don't like M$ & a few other software software producers, this is because they think about money primarily (& not the individual user) so, i'm a fan of FOSS which also includes linux
