Hi. Can anyone advise me on parts for a quiet yet powerful PC build? I am looking for something that had reduced noise so perhaps something with a quiet sound damping case, high efficiency power supply and quiet power supply fan perhaps using a big heatsink and a quiet larger fan or maybe a water cooled pc( if those are still favorable) Please let me know if anyone has some suggestions.
