This is certainly an unusual question, but help would be appreciated :)

I'm looking for some software, preferably free but doesn't have to be,
that i can enter all my paychecks, subtracting my super and tax and
giving me a nice round total of what i've earnt and so on.
I have an old version of Quicken, but it's just so confusing.
Ideally, i'd like to add my paycheck info every week so it's kept up to date.

    Thanks heaps,

Although I hate to recommend Microsoft software, it's the only thing that comes to mind:

Microsoft Money 2003 (probably updated now)

    MSN Money (online service)

I have no idea how this program works, or what it really does (never used it properly, just played with buttons :D). On linux, maybe [google]GNUcash[/google]? Its probably already included in your distro, or available through repo's.

Can you do it in MYOB? I am not sure. But, if you know MS Access little bit, you can make this database easily. Its not a big deal..... Everymonth, you can enter your earnings in it....set a formula and you will get your answer.

    I don't have MYOB.
It'd be easier to do it in Excel than in Access.

Whichever way you prefer, but in my point of view I would like to go with ms Access as its more convinient. You can make querries to see your data in your way. If you want print out of your data then you can make reports or particular querry....In excell, its not possible.
