Are downloads like PC Bug Doctor real or safe to use? Sorry if I'm asking dumb questions, but I'm not even a geek trainee... maybe a geek trainee wanabe?
I'm not sure about it. I haven't used it myself, but some quick research on Google has come up with very little. What I have seen is that it's on a listing of spyware and looks to be a registry fixer, which generally fix your registry like the vet fixes a cat, if you get my drift. Generally, something that goes in and "fixes" your registry tends to fix things that don't or shouldn't be fixed, and end up doing more harm than good.
