Okay after all the trouble with delivery and computers parts not turning up i have got them, i got a Tagan480-U01 PSU (silent black edition and believe me, it is silent) and an AeroCool Gatewatch, with these instelled my PC is now extremely quiet (can only really hear it when right next to it and its under the desk so cant even hear it sitting here) ProcalX would be proud...heh well i shall post pictures soon when i find the digital camera....

ahh yes i would put sound absorption matting in there, but my case is covered in holes and when the lights from the fans are there and when the cathode tubes arrive there will be cool circular light all over my floor, matting would just obstruct it, anyway its damn quiet! can only just hear it when you put your ear to the case...
