PCI ethernet controller

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can obtain a PCI ethernet controller driver for a Matsonic MS8308E motherboard I just installed this used board in a computer I am building but I am not able to load the driver from the win 98 CD. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
